Pzartech Ltd. Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Pzartech Ltd. handles personal data through the public website and its shared billing infrastructure.
1. Controller
Pzartech Ltd., based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Payment and billing workflows are provided separately through Pikood.
2. Data we handle
Through this website we may handle business contact details and limited technical metadata needed to deliver and protect the site. This repository does not receive payment webhooks, invoicing data, entitlement events, or payment card details.
3. How data is used
We use personal data submitted here to respond to business inquiries and protect the contact workflow. Pikood separately governs any payment, invoice, subscription, or product access data it processes. We also retain limited audit evidence to support security, fraud prevention, and compliance obligations.
4. Processors and service providers
Pzartech uses service providers that may process website data on its behalf, including Cloudflare for hosting and serverless execution and Google Analytics for consent-based website analytics where enabled. Pikood has its own privacy disclosures for billing flows entered through that service. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role.
5. Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal accounting requirements, fraud prevention, and auditability. Where our systems store only transient routing data, the source-of-truth records remain with the upstream or downstream systems that own the customer relationship.
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational controls appropriate to the risk, including bounded request validation, contact abuse controls, encrypted recovery, structured event logging with redaction, and restricted outbound delivery destinations. Payment security is handled separately by Pikood.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. Billing-record requests may need to be coordinated through Pikood where it is the source of truth for the underlying record.
8. Analytics choices
Where Google Analytics is enabled, it is used to understand aggregate site usage, product interest, and cross-project journeys. Analytics storage is denied by default until a visitor accepts analytics. Visitors can decline analytics, and no payment card details or message bodies are sent to Google Analytics by this site.
9. Contact
