Refund Policy

This policy explains how Pzartech Solutions Ltd. handles refund and cancellation requests for paid software subscriptions, pilots, and related services.

1. How to request a refund

Send refund requests to info@pzartech.com with the customer name, product, order reference, and reason for the request. We review requests promptly and may ask for information needed to identify the order.

2. Software subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally refundable only where required by law, where a duplicate or mistaken charge occurred, or where Pzartech approves a refund after reviewing the circumstances. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past subscription periods.

3. Pilots, implementation, and custom work

Paid pilots, implementation work, custom configuration, and integration services may be governed by a written proposal, statement of work, or order form. If that document includes refund or cancellation terms, those terms control.

4. Paddle payments

Some online payments are processed through Paddle. When Paddle is involved in the transaction, refunds may be processed back to the original payment method through Paddle and may be subject to Paddle's tax, payment, and fraud controls.

5. Taxes and invoices

If a refund is approved, any related credit note, tax adjustment, or invoice correction will be handled according to the applicable accounting and tax rules.
